SHIPPING POLICY — Joy Every Season

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Every item is made to order.

- Production: 2–5 business days

- Shipping: usually 3–4 business days after it ships

Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers can be slower during the holidays.

HOLIDAY ORDER CUTOFFS (2026)

- Thanksgiving: order by Saturday, Nov 14

- Christmas: order by Monday, Dec 14

Orders placed after these dates will still ship, but we can't promise holiday delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

TRACKING

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may ship in separate packages.

ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you pay the reshipping cost.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking stops moving or your package doesn't arrive, email us within 25 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right. Packages marked "delivered" but missing should be reported to the carrier.
